Battle Grounds
[ ]The Coliseum
A large, elegant coliseum built by pokemon, for pokemon. The coliseum is built on a small island off of Sonzoulvith Coast.
Tournaments are held here a few days out of the year, and pokemon come from all around to win fame and glory.
00
[ ]Preparation Island
An island near Sonzoulvith Coast that any pokemon may go to spar, train and prepare for the Coliseum, or for any reason. It is open to pokemon all year round; but pokemon that venture here must be prepared to fight, because if someone challenges you and is in your level range, you must battle them.

No pokemon may knowingly kill another pokemon on Preparation island.

[ ]Hall of Fame (1 sub-board)
This is where the winners of tournaments and pokemon that make it to level 100 and 200 get recognized for their efforts. The Hall of fame is a towering gold-marbled pantheon fit for a king, inside the illustrious building is a museum dedicated to the pokemon who have earned their place amongst the legends. The Hall of Fame is right next to the Coliseum, on the same island. Any pokemon can come in and look around, but don't touch anything, or the guards will have to rough you up.
00
Nohto region
[ ]Triad Bastion
A secretive and impenetrable compound, culminating in an enormous and peculiarly elegant bastion. According to local legend, it was built 1,000 years ago by a triad of unearthly pokemon, who are rarely seen leaving their 'home'. The main bastion is set high atop a mountain peak, several other lesser towers dot the crags below it. Strangely, pokemon are permitted to venture around the outside of the bastion at will without any confrontation by the Triad, however an energy bubble keeps all pokemon securely outside the premises of the Triad Bastion itself.
00
[ ]Gaiamoon mountains (2 sub-boards)
A huge, precarious mountain range that extends for many miles. It has a haunting beauty, with soft mists slowly circulating around its midpoints, and frigid icecaps where only the strongest and most adequately adapted pokemon can flourish. Near the bottom there is a green, plentiful valley, and many rocky waterfalls and rapids.
The winters here are brutal--- the further north you go, the colder it gets. Blizzards and avalanches are common in the north, and frigid caves dot the cliffs, where ice pokemon lay in wait.

[ ]Sonzoulvith Coast (2 sub-boards)
The southern and middle sections of Sonzoulvith are unmistakably hot and humid, with a sparkling coast lining the western portion that is usually bustling with life and activity. Sonzoulvith is a popular spot for migrating flying pokemon during the winter months, but there is always an abundance of wildlife and sealife all year round. The northern sector is colder and more temperate; its soil is rich and fertile, so it is a perfect spot for agriculture and berry cultivation.
00
[ ]Ando Peninsula
Ando is surrounded by water and used to be a very important port for humans. It is always hot and humid; the jungle around it is not extensive but is fruitful and harbors many small, unique pokemon. The waters that lap at the coasts are clear but deep-- they are unusually warm, calm, and nutrient deficient; thus, large sealife is seasonal or rare near the shore, making Ando a prime leisure swimming location for pokemon that would normally avoid oceanic waters for fear of predation or drowning.
00
[ ]*** Nohto Region Premiere Pokecenter ***
This is the largest and most advanced Pokecenter in Nohto, and it is an all-purpose health care facility for all pokemon in the area. They can cure just about anything here. It is run by a very sweet natured and charitable Blissey.
00
Barai region
[ ]Iode Falls (1 sub-board)
Iode is a frigid collection of land and rivers, with many waterfalls stemming from the mountains near its borders and the great lakes to the east. It is a cold but generally mild area, with warm but comfortable summers, bitter winters, colorful autumns and chilly springs. Rainfall is regular and the soil is good. The northern end is a tough spot to live at year-round, but the lower quarter is dependably consistent and temperate.

[ ]Somune Plains
Tall golden grasses and rolling hills make up some of the features of the Somune Plains. This area is a favorite migration destination for large herding herbivorous pokemon, and consequently, it is also dense with predatory pokemon. It is usually hot in the summer and cold during the winter, the nights are cool and the days are blazing; it recieves less rainfall than most of the other sectors of Barai, but floods when heavy rains come around during the rainy season. The north end supports more life and forested areas than the south, which is harsher and more arid.
00
[ ]Deadlands (1 sub-board)
A deserted and very hot no-mans land. Extremely arid and hard to even pass through, cacti and dust are the biggest contributors to the otherwise barren landscape. The nights are freezing and the days are scorching. Rarely is there consistent or voluminous rainfall, so most of the pokemon that survive here live underground, in one of the many natural caves, or in the cacti themselves. There are a few small oasis' dotting the geography of the Deadlands, but not enough resources exist within them to keep a a group of medium sized pokemon alive for more than a few months.
00
[ ]Erukan Woodlands (1 sub-board)
A warm sector of forests, both jungle and deciduous, it is home to a wide variety of pokemon. The winters are mild and the summers are hot and humid; rainfall is consistent and plentiful. Medium sized pokemon usually fit in well here, there is plenty of pokemon protein to catch and eat. The soil is of medium fertility, but it is overburdened by the abundant native growth.
Erukan is an easy place to live and carve out an existence within because the climate is so agreeable, but there is a lot of competition for resources and space. Erukan is a good spot to construct dwellings, because there is a lot of building material and a lot of cover from the elements.

00
Torwhey region
[ ]Palim-Nero Lakes (1 sub-board)
Palim-Nero is a collection of five enormous fresh-water lakes and the land around them. The climate is colder, but it can get warm during the summer months. This is an important hub of northern life, because the lakes provide lots of habitat for freshwater marine pokemon and drinking water for all of the other pokemon that make their home on the shores. The lakes are fairly calm and severe storms are rare but do occur in the warmer months. The north eastern coast is colder and the waters are moderately nutrient rich. The southern coast is warmer and has a very pleasant climate, although storms occur there more violently than anywhere else in Palim-Nero.

[ ]Syebesus Midlands (1 sub-board)
Syebesus is a large territory with a range of climates. The northern half is cooler and forested. The middle of the territory is hotter and similar to the Somune Plains. The lower most area is a savannah, with patches of scrub land, water holes, and sparse forests. Syebesus has a high concentration of large, land-based predatory pokemon, as well as large herbivorous pokemon. The topography is flat and the climate fluctuates dramatically between night and day; most pokemon are active during the morning and evening hours.
00
[ ]Hearthgale Shores (1 sub-board)
Hearthgale is a wet, hot, humid, and muddy territory. It is renown for the storms that rip through the region during the warmer months, but it is a sought-after retreat during the colder months, because the weather remains warm and the sun is always shining. The southern tail is tropical and swampy, with wetlands and dark, deep bogs. There is abundant rainfall, but also terrible hurricanes and monsoons. Hearthgale's coasts are popular with travelers and anglers because the water is warm but nutrient rich, and full of water pokemon.
00
[ ]*** Torwhey Region Premiere Pokecenter ***
This is the largest and most advanced Pokecenter in Torwhey, and it is an all-purpose health care facility for all pokemon in the area. They have an excellent egg-care and nursery program. It is run by a soft-spoken but strong willed Wigglytuff.
00
Xuchilboro region
[ ]Nauatzin Jungle
A dense rain forest with trace remnants of mysterious past civilizations. Nauatzin is thick with life in every part of it, and space is hard to come by. Thus, most of the pokemon here are small and specialized. Its always raining and always humid, however the dense jungle thins out the further south you go. There are a few rivers and many unique species; bird pokemon in particular do very well here. Food is abundant but competition for it is very high, and the soil is nutrient deficient because of the amount of tall trees that suck up its resources and block out the sun, but the decaying foliage that the trees shed help to keep the soil viable. The bug pokemon here grow to be enormous and highly toxic, as do the grass pokemon.
00
[ ]Tlalocan Ruins (1 sub-board)
Sprawling and seemingly untouched ruins; vines cover the outsides of the structures and chipped pigment can still be made out on some of the statues. There are man-made pools and ponds, and many elaborate artifacts and glyphs that adorn the buildings. Pokemon have taken up refuge within the structures that have been opened; many buildings and shrines have not been penetrated yet however.
The land around the ruins is wet in the north and dryer in the south, with some bits of jungle stemming from Nauatzin, and some arid, hilly and jagged parts near the southern end.

[ ]Oxomoco Isles (3 sub-boards)
Oxomoco is a cluster of volcanic islands, surrounded by crystal clear waters and white sands. Earthquakes occur often, but that usually doesn't stop anyone from visiting. High atop the main volcano is where fire and rock pokemon like to reside, and the complete volcanic chain has countless numbers of dark, deep caverns for nocturnal pokemon to abide within. The islands are tropical and lush, with palm trees and lots of sunshine. Storms occur often but aren't as bad as on the mainland. The Isles harbour a small population of native humans and an observatory complete with a telescope in pristine condition. Oxomoco is one of the only places that the war did not totally dismember, making it a peaceful refuge for anyone that can make it to them in one piece.

[ ]Hidden Tower
A very modern and advanced series of buildings created by a team of psychic and dark pokemon, for the privacy and comfort of the adult pokemon customers. The entire building is cloaked and is not visible to the naked eye, however once inside all is visible. There are many rooms and suites built for whatever the customer desires, including a large and luxerious tank, pool, and a sizable battle chamber. Mature
00
[ ]Darkwave Caverns
A cave system that runs underneath the ocean and back up onto land. There are dark underground lakes inside of the cavern, but there is also plenty of land. Lights have been set up around portions of the cave, so pokemon that need light to see won't have trouble, but pokemon adverse to light will have their own haven as well. Mature
00
[ ]Mt. Orok
A volcanic mountain range located on the west coast of the continent; it is extremely difficult to find and traverse without a guide, as there is a thick ashen fog that always covers the bottoms of the mountains, making it nearly impossible to see. Once through the fog, the sides and peak of the largest mountain yields many fiery caverns, but small hidden valleys, and generally peaceful mountain lakes can be found around the smaller adjoining mounts. The volcano has not erupted in thousands of years. Mature
